International Patient Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between international patients, medical teams, and external service providers

• Coordinate medical appointments, treatment plans, and consultations with doctors and specialists

• Assist patients with travel arrangements, visa documentation, accommodation, and airport transfers

• Provide clear explanations of treatment plans, costs, timelines, and hospital procedures

• Ensure accurate patient records, medical reports, and documentation are prepared and maintained

• Coordinate billing, insurance, and payment processes in line with company policies

• Support patients and families with cultural, language, and logistical needs

• Monitor patient progress during treatment and arrange post-treatment follow-ups

• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and high-quality patient experience
