International Marketing Manager – E-Commerce (Amazon & Global Markets)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated International Marketing Manager with strong experience in Amazon advertising and e-commerce marketing . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing sponsored products, sponsored brands, and optimizing performance across international markets such as the USA and UAE (Middle East) .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize sponsored product and sponsored brand ads on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Noon).
• Conduct weekly performance tracking , implement negative keywords , and interpret search term reports to improve ROI.
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to scale product performance across online marketplaces.
• Handle brand storytelling, presentation creation, and marketing research to support international brand growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute international campaigns (USA & UAE markets).
• Lead initiatives in brand building, marketing analytics , and campaign optimization .
• Prepare and deliver presentations for leadership and international events (e.g., London Book Show).

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 45 years of experience in brand management or marketing , preferably from apparel, beauty, or consumer brand categories .
• At least 7 years of experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads (sponsored products & brands).
• Proven track record of scaling 23 products through digital marketing efforts.
• Strong knowledge of ads optimization , analytics, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills ; ability to create compelling brand stories.
• Hands-on experience in international e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon).
• Familiarity with SEO (not mandatory), data interpretation , and marketing research .

• Postgraduate from a Top B-School

Compensation:

• Competitive CTC in the range of INR Up to 35 LPA , depending on experience and qualifications.
