Role Details

Position: Counsellor / Senior Counsellor

Department: Counselling

Employment Type: Work From Office

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience Required: Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in counselling, admissions, or outbound sales

Compensation: 4,00,000 6,50,000 per annum (fixed) + Monthly Uncapped Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through inbound leads and follow up via calls and emails (leads will be provided).

Convert prospective leads into enrollments through effective outbound communication.

Clearly explain AIMLAYs services and educational offerings to potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and deliver effective online presentations or demonstrations.

Utilize in-depth product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions aligned with client needs.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience as an Admission Counsellor or in outbound sales for at least 1 year.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal, listening, and presentation abilities.

Confident, professional, and persuasive communication style.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

High level of adaptability, accountability, and professionalism.
