• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in counselling, admissions, or outbound sales

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through inbound leads and follow up via calls and emails (leads will be provided).
• Convert prospective leads into enrollments through effective outbound communication.
• Clearly explain AIMLAYs services and educational offerings to potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and deliver effective online presentations or demonstrations.
• Utilize in-depth product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions aligned with client needs.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Admission Counsellor or in outbound sales for at least 1 year.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and presentation abilities.
• Confident, professional, and persuasive communication style.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of adaptability, accountability, and professionalism.
