Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior International Holiday Planner to design and deliver customized international travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge, supplier coordination skills, and a proven track record in converting high-value holiday inquiries into confirmed bookings.

We are looking for an experienced Senior International Holiday Planner who specializes in curating custom international holiday packages for FIT clients. This role requires strong destination knowledge, hands-on itinerary planning, vendor/DMC coordination, and the ability to manage multiple active queries efficiently.

This is a purely in-office role and is best suited for professionals who enjoy ownership, collaboration, and delivering high-quality travel experiences.

• Design and curate custom international FIT holiday packages for leisure travelers and families.
• Handle end-to-end holiday planning, including itinerary creation, costing, vendor coordination, and confirmations.
• Work closely with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and ground partners across multiple international destinations.
• Manage multiple active international queries simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround timelines.
• Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries with hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and inclusions.
• Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth booking and execution.
• Customize itineraries based on client profiles, including family, kids, seniors, and special requirements.
• Maintain strong destination expertise and stay updated on visa norms, seasons, and travel trends.

• 3+ years of experience in international holiday planning (FIT-focused)
• Proven experience in curating and selling international holiday packages
• Strong hands-on knowledge of multiple international destinations
• Existing working relationships with international DMCs
• Ability to handle high query volumes independently or within a team
• Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
