About the Role

If you have a Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and possess excellent English Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to resolve international Customer queries.
• Provide accurate Information and maintain high service Quality standards.
• Work effectively in a 24/7 rotational Shift environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate Or Graduate
• Experience: Fresher, Minimum 1 year in Customer Service

Required Skills

• Fresher + Experience
• Flexibility: Comfortable with Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts and 5 days work week

Preferred Skills

• Excellent English Communication Skills

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary: up to 3.8 LPA
• Transport: Free 2-Way cab facility (Provided up to 25 km radius)
• Work Schedule: 5 days working 2 days Rotational Offs
• Shift Window: 5:00 PM 11:00 AM ( Any 9-hour shift)
