About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our International Customer Service team. The role involves handling customer queries from the US market, ensuring timely resolution, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats from international clients (primarily US).
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in international customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in US shifts (night shifts).
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications is an advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy.
