Job Description
Territory: Ivory Coast, Niger, Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Congo (DRC/Brazzaville)
To drive the market expansion and sales growth of the brand across designated French-speaking African countries. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), managing local distribution networks, and ensuring brand leadership in the Pain Management segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Identify and penetrate new market segments for Brand variants in private and public healthcare sectors.
- Scientific Promotion: Conduct scientific presentations and "Cine-Clinics" for Orthopedic surgeons, Rheumatologists, and General Practitioners to promote the clinical benefits of Aceclofenac.
- Distributor Management: Coordinate with local distributors to ensure stock availability and efficient supply chain management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train local Medical Representatives on product knowledge and "detailing" excellence.
- Regulatory Liaison: Assist the regulatory team in dossier submissions or renewals required by local health authorities (e.g., AIRP in Ivory Coast).
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor activities of competing NSAID brands and implement counter-strategies to maintain brands market share.
