Rooman Technologies is seeking an experiencedInternational Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth acrossUS, Middle East, Europe, APAC, and other global markets . The role focuses on acquiring new overseas clients, managing international accounts, and selling high-value IT and digital transformation solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record incross-border IT services sales , strong exposure tointernational proposal cycles , and the ability to engage senior decision-makers across geographies.

- Drive sales acrossUS, Middle East, Europe, APAC, and Africa markets
- Build strong relationships with overseas CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and decision-makers
- Manage complete international sales cycles including lead generation, discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and global bid responses
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design compliant and competitive solutions
- Manage international partner alliances, channel relationships, and strategic collaborations
- Maintain accurate global sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual international revenue targets

- Bachelors degree inBusiness, Engineering, IT , or a related field
- 510 years of experience ininternational IT services sales
- Proven experience in acquiring and managingoverseas / global clients
- Strong understanding ofglobal sales models , pricing, and contracting
- Experience withinternational RFPs, RFQs, and enterprise bidding processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with global time zones and international stakeholders
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with a consultative selling approach
- Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
