The Role

We are looking for someone hungry to build. This is not a desk job it is an ownership role for someone who thrives on finding new buyers, building relationships across geographies, and closing deals. You will prospect international buyers, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to shipment, and become the face of BKC Paperboards in global markets.

If you are a fresher, you will be trained intensively. If you are experienced, you will be given a market and targets quickly. In both cases, initiative is non-negotiable.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

Genuine drive to build a sales career in international trade not just looking for a job

Excellent written and spoken English you will be writing emails and speaking to international buyers daily

Willingness to cold-call, cold-email, and face rejection repeatedly without losing momentum

High ownership mindset you follow up, you track, you close, without being told

Comfortable with ambiguity this is a growing division, not a defined process handbook

Strong Advantages (Not Mandatory)

Prior experience in paper, packaging, textiles, chemicals, or any commodity export

Familiarity with export documentation (LC, BL, ECGC, shipping terms)

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)

Additional languages Arabic, French, Spanish, or Southeast Asian languages

MBA or degree in International Business / Marketing
