Key Responsibilities:- International Business Development Manager

1. Market Expansion & Business Growth

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
• Drive expansion in existing global markets through strategic partnerships and channel development.
• Conduct market research to understand regional demand, competition, and distribution channels.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Generate qualified leads through market intelligence, industry networks, and channel partners.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.
• Convert business opportunities into revenue-generating partnerships.

3. Key Account & Strategic Customer Management

• Manage key international accounts and strategic customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Identify opportunities for up selling, cross-selling, and business expansion within existing accounts.

4. Sales & Channel Development

• Develop a strong understanding of global sales channels, distributors, and partner ecosystems.
• Build and manage international distribution networks and channel partners.
• Monitor market performance and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with backed and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and client servicing.
• Oversee operational aspects to ensure timely execution and client delight.
• Track business performance and share insights with leadership.\

Key geographies will be ROW excluding SAARC and Middle East.
