International Admission Manager (Asst Manager)

Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management Foundation seeks a dynamic International Admissions Manager to lead global student recruitment and admissions. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this role drives enrolment growth from key international markets, targeting UG/PG programs in STEM and Management starting August 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international recruitment strategies, targeting high-potential regions (e.g., South Asia, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia).
• Work closely with Study in India team at EDCIL and Ministry of External affairs for meeting compliance
• Work closely with State FRRO and coordinate arrival, departure and local residence registration for Foreign National coming under students Visa
• Coordinate with NRI and OCI association across the world for generating quality leads for RISM courses.
• Manage end-to-end admissions for international applicants: application review, credential evaluation, visa guidance, and orientation.
• Build partnerships with overseas agents, education fairs, and universities for credit transfers and articulation pathways.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to optimize yield rates and diversity goals.
• Ensure compliance with Indian regulations (e.g., AIU, UGC), international student visas, and institutional policies.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, virtual info sessions, and CRM tools for lead nurturing.

Required Qualifications

Education

• MBA, masters in international development, PG diploma in Marketing. Or any other Masters

Experience

• 5+ years in international admissions/recruitment at a higher education institution in India preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics; multilingual (English + 1-2 others, Strong cross-cultural communication.

Knowledge

• Familiarity with global credential evaluation student visas (Tier 4/Student Visa equivalents), and market intelligence tools.

Preferred Attributes

• Proven track record in achieving enrollment targets (e.g., 20% YoY growth).
• Experience with US/UK university collaborations for curriculum-aligned admissions.
• Ability to travel internationally 20-30% for recruitment events.
