Job Description

Summary :


  • The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting clients, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • The role involves meeting sales targets, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions to address their needs.
  • The position requires working closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Data sorting to identify prospects Excel competency.
  • Cold calling, customers engagement and lead generation & conversion, co-ordination with commercial team and distributors.


Qualifications and Skills required:


  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, including handling sales inquiries and closing deals
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and developing client pipelines effectively
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Background in Sales; ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and achieve targets
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
  • Prior experience in the packaging industry or related fields is a plus
  • Min 2 years' of experience in B2B preferably
