Job Description
Internal Recruiter - Talent Acquisition (US/Canada staffing/agency preferred)
Must be comfortable working as per UK shift (2pm to 11pm IST)
Role summary:
Drive full-cycle recruitment for internal roles - source, screen, engage candidates, and partner with hiring managers to fill high-volume, priority and executive-level positions quickly and professionally.
Key responsibilities:
- Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and campus channels.
- Screen, assess, schedule and manage candidate interviews; own candidate experience.
- Lead senior/executive searches: stakeholder management, assessment, reference/background checks, and offer negotiation.
- Coordinate offers, onboarding logistics and confidentiality for sensitive searches.
- Maintain ATS accuracy, pipeline metrics and weekly hiring reports.
- Partner with hiring managers/clients on role briefs, market intel and interview strategy.
- Support employer branding and proactive talent pipelining.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years recruiting experience (staffing/agency or high-volume hiring preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with executive/senior-level hires and C-suite/stakeholder management.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, discretion, organization and candidate-management skills.
- Metrics-driven with focus on time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
