Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across APAC, EMEA, and US including job briefings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract both passive and active candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal referrals, and local talent pools.
  • Develop and drive regional recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in key markets.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience is delivered at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on regional labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices to provide strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with People Partners and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on workforce planning and internal mobility efforts.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with regional employment laws and internal policies.
  • Flexibility to support ad hoc tasks within the broader People function, including office management, HR administration, or onboarding processes.
  • This ensures we are well-positioned to expand the scope of the role as needed once the individual has settled in.


Required Skills and Attributes

  • 4-5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-region or global environment.
  • Proven success hiring across APAC, with a strong understanding of regional cultural nuances, employment laws, and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working in-house or with an RPO/internal recruitment function is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Comfortable managing multiple open roles and prioritizing effectively under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
