Job Title: General Medicine Physician

Role Overview:

Seeking a patient-centered Physician to provide personalized, high-touch care focused on healthy aging, longevity, and preventive medicine. The role involves assessing, guiding, and optimizing patients health using integrative and lifestyle-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive lifestyle, metabolic, and longevity assessments.
• Take detailed histories, perform risk stratification, and create whole-person health profiles.
• Develop personalized prevention and longevity plans.
• Guide patients on preventive, restorative, and optimization pathways.
• Collaborate with allied health providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Ensure excellent patient experience with consistent follow-up and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical governance.
• Contribute to clinical protocol development, research, and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• MD in General Medicine or any subspecialty.
• Strong grounding in Lifestyle, Preventive, or Integrative Medicine.
• Passion for longevity, aging biology, metabolic health, and personalized care.
• Comfortable with EMRs and digital health tools.
• Excellent communication, ethical, and protocol-driven professional standards.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Lifestyle Medicine certification (IBLM / ACLM)
• Functional or Longevity Medicine training
• Experience in executive health, preventive, or integrative clinics
