Range of Impact  : This role has a center wide impact with global implications. The candidate is expected to work effectively with senior stakeholders  to establish and execute the activities that enable the behaviors, structures, systems and competencies required to execute the operating model. 

Proven Track Record :

8 - 11 yrs total work experience 

8 years relevant experience in Talent Strategy / HRBP / Performance Management  

Needs to have a strong Analytical & reporting skill
