Job Purpose:

The Internal Communications manager for our Asia Pacific region plays a pivotal role in delivering our global internal communications strategy across three of our nine global markets (India, Middle East & Africa, North Asia, and South Asia & Australasia).

As part of the global internal communications team, this contribute to the development of global campaigns and initiatives and lead the activation of these across your region, as well as driving region-specific communications projects. This will support three Market Heads and their leadership teams to ensure that key messages are communicated effectively, fostering our OneTMF culture and aligning with our purpose, values and business objectives.

At TMF Group, the global internal communications team sits within our global Human Resources function. Our mandate is to drive engagement and belonging for all TMF Group colleagues, acting as trusted advisors to our stakeholders and using our creativity and storytelling skills to bring our purpose, strategy and values to life.

Key responsibilities:

Leadership communication: Partner with the three Market Heads to deliver quarterly all-hands calls in each market as well as important leadership updates as required, ensuring consistent messaging and high visibility of leaders.

Partner closely with the regional HR Director to support people initiatives across the region, including comms around our bi-annual engagement survey, the annual performance review cycle and local Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integrations.

Drive global campaign activity around our purpose and values in your region, tailoring messages and content to align with market and cultural specificities.

Support the regional roll out of key change initiatives related to our global transformation agenda (for example, launch of new or refreshed client services).

Support our OneTMF culture, maintaining a regular drumbeat of news on our intranet and Viva Engage.

Occasionally lead on projects that are global in scope on behalf of the team.

Contribute to the development of the global internal communications plan and collaborate with your IC team colleagues based in other markets and countries.

Experience required:

8+ years experience working in internal communications within global matrixed organisations.

Experience working directly with C-suite / MD-level stakeholders.

Demonstrable experience communicating change in an organisation (such as large-scale system implementations, M&A, restructures, leadership changes, etc.)

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a journalistic eye for great content.

Adept at targeting specific audiences and prioritising messages.

Solid expertise across the Microsoft 365 stack, especially Viva Engage.

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
