Solis Insurify IMF Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Internal Auditor to strengthen compliance, transparency, and risk governance across insurance operations and workforce processes. This role is critical to ensuring ethical, compliant, and scalable growth across regulated and digital-first environments.

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for auditing insurance operations, workforce processes, and digital platforms to ensure regulatory compliance, effective controls, and risk mitigation across the organization.

Audit Life and Health Insurance operations

Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations

Identify mis-selling risks and operational gaps

Review policy issuance, renewals, claims, and payouts

Assess controls over digital insurance platforms and data security

&

Audit hiring, payroll, incentives, and payout structures

Review agent and advisor licensing, onboarding, and training compliance

Monitor productivity, attendance, and workforce performance metrics

Ensure HR and statutory compliance

Review access controls and data security across digital workforce tools

35 years of experience in Internal Audit, Insurance, or Compliance roles

Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations and insurance operations

Experience with IMF, broking, or agency models preferred

High integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail

Experience with data analytics tools and IT systems

Familiarity with data protection regulations, including the DPDP Act

Exposure to auditing digital platforms and technology-driven processes

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Professional certifications such as CA (Inter), CA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent will be an added advantage

Relevant training or certification in Insurance, Risk Management, or Compliance preferred

Understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to insurance and workforce operations

Comfort working with digital systems, audit tools, and data-driven environments
