The digital revolution is transforming the audit profession. TheAdvanced Analytics Associate Manager will support the Internal Audit Analytics team with development of comprehensive analytical solutions used to assess risk throughout Accenture and develop more strategic audit plans.

Position Description:

• Manage the delivery of ad-hoc and customized analytics in support of global internal audits.
• Translate business needs into specific analytical solutions, leveraging our full technology suite.
• Manage projects to develop and adopt new technologies within the team.
• Work with Accenture business leads in a consultative capacity, supporting value add using big data solutions.
• Communicate technical analytic results to stakeholders, translating how to best generate business value.
• Assist in generating business trends and insights using analytics and visualization.
• Manage strategic ad hoc and special projects as needed, balancing multiple priorities.
• Develop working knowledge of available data and help extract its potential during audit and risk assessment activities.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications: (list in order of priority)

• Chartered Accountant with more than six years of relevant post-qualification experience in Internal Audit preferably with a Big4.
• Experience of working on analytics for Internal Audit.
• A strong willingness to learn SQL and advanced business intelligence tools (i.e., PowerBI, QlikView, QlikSense).
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with the English language.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to delivery timely and quality results.
• Ability to think creatively to solve real world business problems.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking capabilities, and an ability to learn new concepts very quickly.
• Ability to work independently and achieve high results in a remote work setting with flexibility to work across time zones.
