Job Description: Intern – Resource Management & Compensation Benchmarking Support

Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to resource utilization and management.
- Support the development of resource management models and dashboards.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking of compensation packages across industry standards.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations for future reference.
Must have experience (Non Negotiable):
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Basic understanding of resource planning or HR compensation concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of HR analytics or resource management software.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR, finance, or operations.
- Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies and market research.
