Job Description: Intern – Resource Management & Compensation Benchmarking Support

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to resource utilization and management.
• Support the development of resource management models and dashboards.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking of compensation packages across industry standards.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Document processes, findings, and recommendations for future reference.

Must have experience (Non Negotiable):

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Basic understanding of resource planning or HR compensation concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of HR analytics or resource management software.
• Previous internship or project experience in HR, finance, or operations.
• Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies and market research.
