Intern - Talent Acquistion

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and hiring processes while building a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Help with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Duration: 6 months to 1 year

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
