• Recent graduates 2025 pass-outs who want a focused internship before committing to a full-time role.
• Not currently in any full-time job or active education program this role needs time, ownership and genuine effort.
• Comfortable using their own laptop and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, high ownership, and hunger to learn recruitment and build a long-term career in TA.

What you will do

• Source and engage potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic conversations, and assess basic fit for various roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintain trackers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate data, reports and dashboards accurately and on time.
• Support hiring campaigns, mass outreach, and employer branding initiatives as required.
