What will you do

 Assist in the full recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
 Research and identify suitable talent through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
 Screen resumes and short-list candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
 Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
 Support the preparation of recruitment reports and dashboards.
 Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
 Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and job ads.
 Help in organizing candidate interviews and following up on feedback from interviewers.

What we are looking for:

 Currently Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration on, or a related field.
 Excellent Communication on skills
 Ability to work independently and a part of a team
 Previous internship experience or interest in HR or recruitment is a plus
