Designation: Intern 1mg is an online healthcare platform offering services like e-pharmacy, lab diagnostics, and online doctor consultations. Now a part of Tata Digital, it aims to make healthcare affordable and accessible across India. It also provides reliable health content and medicine information.

What will you do
Assist in the full recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Research and identify suitable talent through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and short-list candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Support the preparation of recruitment reports and dashboards.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and job ads.
Help in organizing candidate interviews and following up on feedback from interviewers.
What we are looking for:
Currently Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration on, or a related field.
Excellent Communication on skills
Ability to work independently and a part of a team
Previous internship experience or interest in HR or recruitment is a plusAbout Company
