Product & Delivery Intern 6 Months

Mon Fri On-Site 10K / Month

We're not looking for someone to sit in meetings and take notes. We're looking for someone who owns the product end-to-end from deep research and competitor analysis to sprint planning, stakeholder updates, and shipping on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own product research dive deep into the market, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities others miss
• Gather requirements join client calls, ask the right questions, document needs, and build domain expertise
• Build project & sprint plans break work into milestones, define sprints, and keep the team on track
• Drive daily execution take updates, identify blockers, escalate fast, and unblock the team
• Test what gets built validate dev output, catch issues early, and ensure quality before it reaches stakeholders
• Demo to stakeholders present progress, gather feedback, and keep clients and leadership in the loop
• Own documentation specs, meeting notes, decision logs, and status updates the team can act on
• Leverage AI use AI tools to accelerate research, automate reporting, and move faster

THE DETAILS:

• 6-month program Monday to Friday On-site at Unico Connect office
• 10,000/month stipend Focused on hands-on experience and career-building
• Work alongside a driven team of interns under leadership of senior professionals
• Goal: Build a real product and launch it in the market in 23 months
• Interns are expected to be obsessed with developing, shipping, and iterating
