Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Intern, Procurement & Supply Chain Management to support our physical gifting operations. This role involves end-to-end coordination of vendor sourcing, procurement, packaging, and dispatch for all requirements. It is ideal for candidates passionate about operations, supply chain, and vendor management.

Designation: Intern, Procurement & SCM

Employment Type: Internship : 2 to 3 Months

Job Location: Relocating to Manyata Tech Park, Nagawara in April 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating vendors for logistics partners.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and support purchase order creation.
• Track procurement orders, delivery timelines, and ensure timely stock availability.
• Coordinate with vendors for approvals, customisations etc.,
• Maintain accurate stock and procurement records.
• Assist in packaging planning, quality checks, and dispatch coordination.
• Support documentation, invoice tracking, and data entry related to procurement activities.
• Help identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities in the gifting supply chain.
• Open to travel to customer or vendor premises as per business requirement
• 2 wheeler is a must

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Commerce, or related fields 2024/2025/recent graduates
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good command over Excel/Google Sheets & Gsuites.
• Ability to work with vendors and manage timelines effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Interest in physical gifting, merchandising etc.,
