offers simple, jargon-free financial solutions and a vibrant community to help women achieve

financial independence.

Position: Intern

Location: Mumbai

Duration: 3 or 6 months

Stipend: Rs 5000 per month

Department: Marketing / Partnerships

Reporting To: Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day operations of the team.

Assist in data collection, research, and analysis to support ongoing projects.

Help create and manage Partners/users for LXMEs platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and deliverables.

Contribute ideas to enhance LXMEs women-focused financial initiatives.

Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Requirements:

Current student or recent graduate in (Business / Marketing / Finance / Communications

/ Related field).

Strong interest in womens financial empowerment and fintech.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
