Job Description - A.I.-for-Requirements-Management
We are looking for an AI Intern to develop a tool that converts unstructured requirements to
structured requirements based on given criteria. From the structured requirements develop a
tool that can convert the requirements to a logical representation of the requirements based on
given criteria/ semantics which can then be converted to a code of choice.
This role combines systems thinking, logical thinking, software architecture, requirements
engineering with AI to accelerate innovation in software development in the aerospace industry.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to gain hands-on experience in digital
transformation initiatives while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Core Technical Functions
● Develop AI models to create structured requirements from unstructured requirements.
● Develop a tool that can read requirements and convert them into a logical representation
● Conduct studies on how software teams in Airbus operate, collect their needs and
develop the tool that can handle multiple standards and evaluation criteria.
Implementation & Collaboration
● Partner with cross-functional teams to translate software requirements into technical
solutions.
Qualifications
MS/ Ph.D. in computer science or someone with Coding, AI background
Required Skills and Expertise
● Knowledge on AI
● Software development
● Communication and teamwork for translating business needs into technical solutions.
