Job Description

Goal of the project:

 

Supporting the Loyalty team in expanding the VIP shopper (SELECT) customer base on the TATA CLiQ Luxury platform.

 

Deliverables:

·         Analysing customer purchase patterns to identify high-value customers on TATA CLiQ Luxury.

·         Developing a customer communication plan that aligns with the organization’s brand guidelines.

·         Designing customer engagement plans to ensure higher visits & orders from SELECT Customers

·         Customer interactions to educate them about the benefits of joining the SELECT Program

·         Conducting research for best practices in HNI customer onboarding & engagement

·         Competition tracking & benchmarking

 

Measure:

·         Number of Customers Onboarded

·         Repeat purchase of Onboarded customers

·         Quality of Communication

·         Customer Engagement Metrics

 

Durations: 3 months
