Intern

The IT Intern will support the organizations IT team in maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience , practical technical skills, and exposure to real-world IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software
• Provide basic technical support to employees/users
• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist in maintaining system documentation and user manuals
• Support data entry, backups, and system updates
• Help monitor system performance and security
• Assist in basic networking tasks (LAN, Wi-Fi, printers)
• Participate in IT projects and routine maintenance tasks
• Follow company IT policies and data security guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS)
• Understanding of MS Office or similar productivity tools
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of basic networking concepts
• Familiarity with programming, databases, or web technologies
• Studying or completed coursework in IT, Computer Science, or related field
