Job Description
Mandatory Experience Requirements
- Relevant Work Experience in Real Estate
- Self-motivated and confident
- Experience in real estate- residential high rise project contracts function is a must
- Should be able to identifying and empanelling new vendors through various modes like references, online market places etc.
- Prepare thorough rate analysis for relevant items before negotiation meetings with vendors.
- Should be a good data oriented personnel
- Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.

BE- Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical
