Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Direct Tax Intern to support the Direct Tax team in ensuring compliance, documentation, and tax reporting activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate taxation in a dynamic and high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and filing of Corporate Income Tax and related schedules.
• Support in computation of advance tax, TDS, and deferred tax workings.
• Assist in preparation of tax audit documentation and schedules.
• Maintain tax compliance trackers and ensure timely updates.
• Support in handling notices, queries, and correspondence from tax authorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reconciliation.
• Assist in transfer pricing documentation and related workings (if applicable).
• Support in preparation of tax reports for management review.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong understanding of Direct Tax concepts and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
