Airlearn is building a platform that helps creators turn their knowledge into impactful learning experiences. We work closely with creators from discovery to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and high-quality partnership experience.

Role Overview

As an Outreach and Onboarding Intern , you will be the primary point of contact between Airlearn and creators until they are fully onboarded. Youll help identify potential creators, initiate conversations, pitch Airlearns value, support negotiations within defined guidelines, and close creators.

This role is ideal for someone interested in startups, the creator economy, outreach, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant creators aligned with Airlearns content and audience
• Reach out to creators via email, social media, and other channels
• Pitch Airlearn clearly and professionally to potential creators
• Act as the main point of contact for creators during the pre-onboarding phase
• Coordinate discussions, answer questions, and address basic concerns
• Support negotiation discussions within pre-approved limits
• Track outreach, conversations, and outcomes in internal tools
• Ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding or operations team once a creator is closed

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable reaching out to new people and following up
• Interest in startups, creator economy, or partnerships
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn pitching, outreach, and negotiation basics
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required
