Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Corporate Operations - Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Handling operational queries via email & call.
  • Direct interaction with client POC.
  • Providing resolution within a specified TAT and defined SLAs
  • Co-ordination with other verticals / team to resolve the issues.
  • Campus Execution Module -B2B & B2C.
  • Conducting training sessions for clients on product.
  • Custom Report Creation (MIS/EXCEL).


Minimum Requirement:

  • Ability to take initiatives.
  • Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Creative and analytical thinker; fast learner.
  • Good speaking & writing English
  • Proficient on MS Excel
