About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Operations Intern to support the backend of our growing video and content production pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of content, tech, and finance operations. You'll work closely with content teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly, from invoices to file delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations for video production, including tracking timelines, deliveries, and file management.
  • Coordinate with all content vendors for invoicing, POs, and payment processing.
  • Maintain and update trackers using Google Sheets.
  • Use basic AI tools or agents to automate repetitive tasks and assist in process optimisation.
  • Support with documentation, checklists, and content audit workflows.
  • Help ensure smooth handoffs between creative, editing, and publishing teams.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (filters, lookups, pivots, basic automation).
  • Familiarity with AI tools/agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, workflow automation tools like N8N) and open to learning more.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise professionally with external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Interest in Analytics & SEO is a Plus
  • Certificate of internship and potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance.
