What Youll Work On:

ExecAssistantto Founder / CEO (Based in USA)

Support Founder / CEO in all aspects of work day to day operations / strategy and decision making

Assist with Email / Calendar and Priorities

Work closely with founder on priority initiatives / projects

• Work closely with the Founders team in India (Chief of Staff and Sr PMO Leader )

Org Excellence

Help team adopt Clickup (Productivity Tool) Best practices

Establish and Audit SOPs for Operations of the different verticals within the org

• Research and utilize aspects of AI into the org
• Opportunity to learn and work on Salesforce.com

Foundation for Learning

Flexibility to execute projects in any of the verticals Strategy, PMO, STEM Programming, Finance, CorpSocialResponsibility, Sales, Marketing, StudentImpact

Help establish new processes, optimize existing processes and create best in class features

Who Were Looking For:

Final-year students or fresh graduates (MBA Preferred)or Retired (but still have the zeal) or Return to Work Moms are welcome

Strong interest in Entrepreneurship, strategy, and execution

Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Takes ownership and not wait for instructions

Excellentwritten & verbal communication skills

Available Part Time (Start with 10 hours a week - Increase to 20 hours) with own laptop

Ability to work mornings and nights to suit US timeframe / weekends

Chennai location only Ability to come to the Nungambakkam office 1-2 days a week

Ability to commit to minimum 10 hours a week for atleast 1 year
