What youll actually do

Explore AI-first and generative UI concepts

Experiment with AI tools to design faster, smarter workflows

Work on real product features , not mock assignments

Own your work end-to-end from idea to shipped experience

Think full-stack : design + product thinking + tech constraints

Help shape how humans interact with complex systems, not just screens

What were looking for

• Strong design fundamentals (UX, interaction, clarity)
• Already using AI tools daily as collaborators, not shortcuts
• First-principles thinking over templates and trends
• Comfortable bringing clarity out of ambiguity
• A builder mindset you care about outcomes, not job titles
• Curious about interaction patterns beyond traditional UI

Location: Pune (5 days a week, onsite)
