Position: Intern AI & Process Automation

We are looking for an Intern AI & Process Automation to work closely with our leadership team.

This role focuses on understanding how teams work, using AI tools to automate and improve processes, and training individuals to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work.

If you are comfortable with common AI tools and enjoy improving systems and helping others learn, this role may suit you well.

What You Will Do:-

• Work with leadership and teams to understand day-to-day processes
• Identify repetitive, manual or inefficient workflows
• Use AI tools to automate or improve these processes
• Test solutions, refine them and support implementation
• Train individuals and teams on a regular basis in the use of various AI tools and best practices
• Help teams adopt AI in a practical, easy-to-use manner

Who You Are:-

You should be comfortable using most common AI tools, such as:

• ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI assistants
• AI note-taking and summarisation tools
• No-code / low-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Notion, Replit)

You are likely someone who:

• Thinks in terms of processes and workflows
• Is organised, proactive and execution-focused
• Enjoys teaching, explaining and enabling others
• Learns quickly and enjoys experimenting with new tools

A technical background is helpful but not essential.
