AI Full Stack Developer Intern (6 Months)

Mon Fri On-Site 10K / Month

We're not looking for someone to fix bugs on a legacy codebase. We're looking for an AI-native engineer who builds with Claude Code, Cursor, and the latest AI tools and wants to architect a product from the first line of code, ship it, and put it in front of real users.

WHAT YOU' LL DO:

• Build end-to-end frontend, backend, APIs, database, deployment; touch every layer of the stack
• Architect for scale make technical decisions on frameworks, infrastructure, and system design
• Ship fast, iterate faster work in agile sprints with tight feedback loops; deploy early and often
• Integrate AI into the product build AI-powered features, work with LLMs and intelligent capabilities
• Code with AI tools Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI coding tools are your daily drivers
• Collaborate with product & design translate specs and designs into polished, production-ready features
• Own your code in production monitor, debug, and improve what you build as real users interact with it
• Write clean, maintainable code participate in code reviews and hold yourself to a high bar

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Frontend framework React, Next.js, or equivalent; you can build polished, responsive UIs
• Backend framework Node.js, Python, Go, or Java; you can design APIs and server-side logic
• Database proficiency MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; understand data modeling and queries
• AI coding tools hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI dev tools
• Leadership mindset don't wait for tickets; identify what needs building and take initiative
• Entrepreneurial drive obsessed with shipping products, not just writing code
• Accountable own your features from first commit to production and beyond
• Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Vercel) a plus Fresh grads welcome

• 6-month program Monday to Friday On-site at Unico Connect office
• 10,000/month stipend Focused on hands-on experience and career-building
• Work alongside a driven team of interns under leadership of senior professionals
• Goal: Build a real product and launch it in the market in 23 months
• Interns are expected to be obsessed with developing, shipping, and iterating
