Job Description
Build and maintain courses in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring alignment with instructional design specifications.
· Develop,format,andorganizecontentpages,HTMLpages,quizzes,assignments,and documentsasperdesigndocumentguidelinesandaccessibilitystandards.
· Createandmanagecourseassets,ensuringtheymeetqualitystandards.
· Build/editcontentonContentManagementSystem(CMS)
· ConductQAandQCreviewstoensurelearningmaterialsmeetqualityandaccessibility standards.
· TroubleshootandresolveLMS-relatedissuesduringcoursesetupanddelivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions.
· Collaboratewithinternalandexternalteamstoensureprojectrequirementsand specifications are met.
· Deliverprojectsontimeandensuretheymeetthehigh-qualitybenchmarksofthe organization.
· Participateininternalcontinuousimprovementeffortsbyofferingideasandsolutions for process improvement.
· StayupdatedonemergingLMSfeaturesandonlinelearningtrendstorecommend improvements for course delivery and user experience.
