About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to work alongside the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) on developing a predictive model for attrition. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR analytics, research, and qualitative interviews to understand employee turnover trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research on existing attrition prediction models and read white papers to identify best practices.
Collect and analyze employee data to identify key factors contributing to attrition.
Develop a predictive model using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast attrition trends.
Collaborate with HR teams to gather qualitative insights through employee interviews.
Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership for improving employee retention strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
Familiarity with HR analytics, employee engagement, and retention strategies is a plus.
Basic knowledge of statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or Excel for data analysis.
Hands-on experience in one or more research tools like SPSS / PSPP / R & RStudio
Excellent communication skills to conduct interviews and summarize key findings effectively.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
