What Youll Do

• As a Community Marketing Intern, youll be the voice and pulse of Nurdds growing community.
• Engage with creators, marketers, and brands across platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.)
• Build, manage, and nurture Nurdds community from the ground up
• Handle community queries, feedback, and basic support with empathy and speed
• Support user onboarding and help users understand the product better
• Assist in running community initiatives, campaigns, and engagement activities
• Share community insights with the marketing and product teams
• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and high-energy community culture

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Interest in community building, marketing, or the creator economy
• Customer-first mindset you enjoy helping people
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable multitasking
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced startup
• Willingness to work on-site from Gurgaon

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with community platforms (Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack)
• Familiarity with marketing tools, CRMs, or social media platforms
• Interest in startups, SaaS, or influencer marketing
