Job Title: Technical Writer – Presentations & Communication Expert

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer who excels in crafting clear, engaging, and visually compelling content for both technical and non-technical audiences. This role blends strong writing skills with the ability to develop high-impact presentations and communication materials that drive understanding and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as product guides, process docs, SOPs, and white papers.
  • Design and develop presentation decks for internal and external audiences (e.g., executive briefings, product demos, sales enablement, and training).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and leadership to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Drive communication strategies that improve cross-functional clarity and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, style, and branding across all materials.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Communication Specialist, or similar role.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar presentation platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Technical background or familiarity with Logistics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or cross-functional environment.
  • Basic design or visual storytelling experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean Agile and Business Analysis (nice to have)
  • Ability to edit or create short-form videos or screen recordings (nice to have).
