Interior Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of interior execution projects, ensuring smooth communication between clients, site supervisors, vendors, and internal teams. This role is critical for maintaining project flow, tracking progress, resolving execution challenges, and supporting timely site completion through structured coordination and reporting.

• Coordinate closely with clients, site supervisors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, timelines, and scope.
• Lead coordination efforts to avoid delays and resolve execution gaps proactively.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports including progress status, material tracking, timelines, and pending items.
• Coordinate with vendors for material procurement, deliveries, and execution schedules.
• Ensure all approvals, drawings, materials, and manpower are aligned to maintain uninterrupted site workflow.
• Track site issues, variations, and dependencies and escalate critical matters to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain complete project documentation and communication records.
• Support timely handover and closure of projects while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

• Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of interior execution and site workflow.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and reporting abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills on-site.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and project reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Minimum 78 years of experience in project coordination, site coordination, or execution roles within interior or construction projects.
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Prior experience handling client coordination and vendor management is mandatory.
