Job Title: Interior Sales & Design Consultant


Objective:


To strategically lead the sales and design functions by creating a seamless process that integrates client acquisition, creative execution, and project delivery. This role ensures Ambiance Creators stands out as a premium interior design studio with a client-focused approach and exceptional design quality.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the studios goals.

Identify and target key market segments, including luxury residential, commercial, and bespoke projects.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Standardize client interaction processes, including proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.

Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and foster long-term client relationships.


2. Design Leadership:

Work closely with the design team to align creative solutions with client needs and market trends.

Oversee project concept development, ensuring alignment with the clients vision and the studios design ethos.

Present design proposals to clients with clarity, emphasizing both aesthetics and functionality.

Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets while maintaining design excellence.

Provide feedback and mentorship to designers, encouraging innovation and creativity.


3. Process & Team Structure:

Develop an integrated sales and design workflow, ensuring smooth handoffs from client acquisition to project delivery.

Implement tools like CRM and project management software to track progress and performance.

Train and mentor both sales and design teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Conduct regular meetings to review project pipelines, client feedback, and team performance.


4. Client-Centric Approach:

Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage.

Conduct regular design consultations and site visits to address client concerns and align expectations.

Build a network of repeat clients through personalized service and exceptional delivery.


5. Business Development & Market Analysis:

Research market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to position the studio as a market leader.

Forge partnerships with architects, developers, and vendors to enhance business growth.


6. Metrics & Performance:

Monitor and evaluate sales and project performance metrics.

Analyze ROI, client retention rates, and conversion rates for process improvements.

Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports for the studio director.


Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in both sales leadership and design management, ideally in interior design, architecture, or luxury industries.

Strong creative and business acumen with an ability to balance design excellence and profitability.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM, design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp), and project management tools.

Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams while delivering exceptional results.
