Interior Designer (with Content Creation Skills)

We are looking for a creative and client-focused Interior Designer who can translate client conversations into functional, aesthetic designs. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, adaptable to feedback, and actively involved in sharing design ideas and project insights through social media content.

This role requires both design expertise and the confidence to represent the brand on digital platforms, including appearing on camera when required.

• Create attractive and functional interior designs and layouts for residential projects
• Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, budget, and design expectations
• Translate client discussions into clear design concepts and space plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare and present design proposals, including 2D drawings, 3D views, mock-ups, and renderings
• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure adherence to the complete design-to-execution workflow
• Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices
• Create design-related content such as:
• Short videos, walkthroughs, and explanations
• Design tips, material insights, and project highlights
• Confidently appear on camera for social media content, design explanations, and brand storytelling
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align design content with brand messaging

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field
• 23 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong creative thinking and visualisation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in presenting ideas to clients and on digital platforms
• Willingness to create content and be the face of design communication on social media
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects from concept to final design

• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Experience creating short-form video or design explanation content
• Interest in educating customers through design storytelling
