Job Profile

• Reporting directly under team lead the candidate must manage 1-2 projects from conceptualization to implementation.
• Work involves conceptualization, Design development, Preparation of working drawings and details, Layout plans, Presentations, Client communication and Co- ordination for interior projects.
• Must have experience and capability in delivering independently designing and executing projects.
• Candidate should have strong presentation and 3D rendering capabilities.
• Must have Intellectual updates of global projects in order to add value to the work in the studio.
• Experience working with interior architect or firm with hands on project experience is mandatory. International experience will be an advantage.
• Capturing design suggestions given by Team Lead and converting them to effective concept formulation and design development strategies.
• Clearly and concisely communicate with both internal team members and consultants throughout project duration regarding design concept, design execution and follow through.
• To understand and practice the core values of the practice.
• Flexibility in exploring new design directions.

Software Capabilities

Should have thorough working knowledge of Revit BIM enabling applications. Project experience in BIM will be an advantage.

Must be well versed in AutoCAD, Sketchup ,3DS max, V-ray or equivalent , Lumion , Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint.

Parametric modelling like Rhino & grasshopper will be an advantage.

Qualifications

B.Sc. Interior / B. Arch. From a reputed institute, M. Arch candidates are preferred

Additional Qualification

Candidates with strong Portfolio will only be selected.

Experience

Should have hands on experience in designing different typologies.Experience in dealing with multiple consultants and managing projects is important. 2-3 years experience in solid companies required.
