Note: Someone who has exp in managing Residential projects

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and execute residential and/or commercial interior projects. The role involves client interaction, space planning, design development, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to deliver high-quality interiors aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
• Prepare detailed drawings (layouts, elevations, BOQs, and specifications)
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and color palettes
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and site teams
• Manage project timelines and ensure quality execution on site
• Conduct site visits and resolve design or execution challenges
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards and project guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, Photoshop (as applicable)
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interiors
• Knowledge of vendor sourcing and cost estimation
• Exposure to turnkey or design-and-build projects
