Job Overview

Tranquil Decor is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The role involves designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, working closely with clients and site teams, and supporting projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Create interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards
• Prepare 2D drawings and assist in 3D visualizations
• Develop design presentations and material selections

Client Interaction

• Understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions
• Present design concepts and make revisions based on feedback
• Support client meetings and design discussions

Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and contractors
• Conduct site visits and support execution work
• Ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings

Documentation & Quality Control

• Maintain design drawings and project documentation
• Ensure quality, timelines, and design standards are met

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion is a plus
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in interior design projects
• Freshers with strong design skills and software knowledge are welcome
• Experience in residential or commercial interior projects is a plus
