Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer (Technical) located in Bengaluru East. The role involves responsibilities such as space planning, creating and managing construction drawings, collaborating on architectural designs, and incorporating FF&E to align with the company's design standards. The Interior Designer will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to bring innovative and tailored design solutions to life.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop and execute design projects effectively
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and placement
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in residential or commercial projects is a plus
• Must to know to validate cut-list, make a BOQ and help in procurement.
